Procurement Services
As purchasing agents, we represent clients in FF&E/OS&E acquisition, reviewing project specifications and establishing budgets with clients and designers.
We perform value engineering, explore options, negotiate with suppliers, and manage purchases to ensure quality and production timelines. Our team also supervises transportation, storage, assembly, and insurance. Finally, we provide clients with a folder of documentation, maintenance manuals, warranties, etc.
As a procurement agency, our major projects include interior design for the West, North, and East Enclaves of the Ritz Carlton Residences, as well as Zadun, a Ritz Carlton Hotel. We also designed the public areas of NH Collection Santa Fe, and several private residences in Mexico.
