The building\u2019s massing strategy intentionally lowers its height at the plaza level, creating an inviting and accessible entrance.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0513ba2 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"0513ba2\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4fa7154 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"4fa7154\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-794ab26 elementor-widget-laptop__width-initial elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"794ab26\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>An elevated plaza extends the public realm and integrates seamlessly with the surrounding urban fabric through a public stair.
