A residential complex of minimum surface apartments aimed at young people or small families seeking a home in the center of Mexico City. The architectural proposal considered the use of two towers connected at the ground floor with common areas. In total, 160 housing units were provided throughout the complex. Additionally, the project integrates with its neighboring buildings, maintaining a formal composition in terms of color, proportions in facades, rhythm, harmony, and construction materials that are in accordance with the surrounding heritage context, particularly that of the Biblioteca de México, located across the street from the project.
La propuesta arquitectónica consideró en el diseño utilizar dos torres unidas en planta baja con las áreas en común. En total se dio solución a 160 viviendas en
todo el conjunto.
Además, el proyecto se integra a sus edificios colindantes, con una composición formal de color, proporciones en fachadas, ritmo, armonía y materiales de construcción acorde al contexto patrimonial especialmente de la Biblioteca de México, situada en la acera del frente al proyecto.
