The project consists in a small guest house, located in Santiago de Yolomécatl, Oaxaca. It arose from the need to provide accommodation during the first stage of construction of the main cabin. A metal structural system was chosen to reduce construction time. The system is developed in 7 modules, each measuring 5.40 x 3.60 meters.

Three modules are converted into the bedrooms, the central module serves as the access terrace, and three modules are designated for the social area, where a large concrete table is projected, embedded in the exposed concrete floor. A "U"-shaped concrete fireplace, cast on-site, is also incorporated into the living room."
