A curvilinear layout generates a longitudinal scheme that enhances visual privacy between modules and pulls the residential units away from adjacent property lines. This design approach allows for the integration of green recreational areas as a buffer zone and transitional space between the dwellings and their immediate surroundings. The towers located at both ends of the building reduce their height from four stories to a single level, creating a stepped massing that softens the building’s presence along the perimeter and introduces a more domestic scale for residents.
