As part of The Enclaves, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve Residences—the branded residential component of Zadún—six condominium buildings are being developed within the area known as the North Enclave.

Each building comprises five condominiums (composed of four standard units and one penthouse) distributed across three levels. To better integrate with the site’s natural topography and enhance the user experience, access to each building is provided at the middle level, ensuring that residents need only ascend or descend a single floor to reach their unit. Additionally, the layout is designed to stagger entryways, increasing the sense of privacy and exclusivity for each residence. All units feature living and dining areas, as well as bedrooms oriented toward ocean views. Expansive terraces are shaded by deep cantilevers and include private pools with jacuzzis, offering indoor-outdoor living tailored to the coastal environment.

The architectural language and material palette—featuring regional stone, marble, stucco, and Corten steel—ensure consistency and integration with the overall aesthetic of the surrounding residences within the complex.
