The building’s façade is clad in pigmented concrete, offering a contemporary and refined appearance. The warm, earthy tones of the concrete  integrate seamlessly with the urban surroundings while conveying a sense of warmth and modernity. Architectural details such as clean lines and articulated volumes contribute to an elegant and visually engaging aesthetic.

Lush greenery plays a prominent role in the building’s design. Generously sized planters are integrated into the façade, creating a fresh, verdant presence in the streetscape.

At the top level, a rooftop terrace provides a green oasis in the heart of the city, offering residents outdoor living areas and amenities such as a fitness center.
